Uttam Sankalp is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered as a charitable trust in the year 2020 by three visionary women residents of village Behar, with its registered office located at Village Chanour, Tehsil Dada Siba, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh-177113. Uttam Sankalp is dedicated to create a more equitable society by providing easy access to Basic resources for those who are economically disadvantaged

Women empowerment and development are also one of the key aspects of Uttam Sankalp's mission. The organization believes in providing opportunities for women to enhance their skills, knowledge, and economic independence:, through skill development programs, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support. Uttam Sankalp aims to empower women to become agents of change within their families and society as a whole.


Guiding and nurturing the young generation is another crucial focus for Uttam Sankalp. Recognizing that today's youth hold the key to a brighter future, the organization offers mentorship programs, career guidance, and life skill trainings to help shape and prepare young minds for success. By providing mentorship and guidance, Uttam Sankalp strives to instill confidence, self-belief, and resilience in the younger generation.

Uttam Sankalp also plays an instrumental role in facilitating access to government schemes and benefits for those in need. By assisting individuals in understanding and availing themselves of various government initiatives, the organization ensures that vulnerable sections of society can access the support and resources they are entitled to.

In addition, Uttam Sankalp organizes medical camps and extends medical aid to the poor and marginalized. Recognizing the importance of healthcare and the challenges faced by underserved communities, the organization aims to improve healthcare access and provide essential medical support to those in need.

EDUCATION SECTOR

With the aim and mission to mark our reach to hundred rural Villages of Himachal Pradesh by 2025, we shall collaborate with various social organizations to join us in providing easy access to education to every child. In this we are distributing books, Study material and even giving scholarship to students who are brilliant but due to financial constraints were not able to live their dreams. Join us in making this universe more open to opportunities for every financially deprived child. You may contribute both financially or also by associating with our NGO as volunteer for providing services

HEALTH SECTOR

With the aim of educating rural poor about health Care Education and training, we aim to educate people about basic health care by organizing medical Camps from time to time. With this we aim to make healthcare accessible to the poorest and the most deprived sections of the society. Our healthcare centres shall provide patients with affordable medical consultations and free check up facilities. . Join us in making this universe more healthy for every human being. You may contribute both financially or also by associating with our NGO as volunteer for providing services.

DIGITAL LITERACY.

At Uttam Sankalp Education, we believe that digital literacy would not only supplement basic school education but also enhance employability, greatly improve the quality of livelihood and possibilities available to youth from marginalized and impoverished communities. It is with these objectives that Uttam Sankalp Education digital literacy programme incorporates:

  • Training in basic computer applications like MS Office.
  • Training in job oriented courses with a major focus on Coding (Python)
  • Basic accounting (Tally ERP 9 with GST filing and Income Tax filing)
  • Customer Care (Communication and Soft-skills)

Young people have zeal, passion, energy and vision rooted in the needs and challenges of their communities. Uttam Sankalp Education programs support youth to deepen their understanding of these needs and challenges, and provide them with the tools, knowledge, networks, and support to launch sustainable social initiatives that create positive changes.

YEAR 2024 MISSION:
“ स्वस्थ तन स्वस्थ मन “.

For the Calender Year 2024, we at Uttam Sankalp Education limited will launch a campaign “ स्वस्थ तन स्वस्थ मन “ whereby our volunteers will visit Hundred Government Schools. The aim was to educate about the importance of hygiene practices in preventing the spread of infectious diseases, alike COVID-19 pandamic. The project's objective was to promote simple and practical approaches to hygiene and sanitation-related issues, including handwashing, nail cleaning, and wearing masks. The project team shall conduct orientation sessions, monitored master trainers' sessions, and prepared pre and post-test question papers. The education sessions targeted around Seventy thousand Himachal Pradesh Government students aged between 6 to 16 years in 100 schools. The project focuses to raise awareness and understanding of hygiene practices among government school students.

VOLUNTEER WITH US

  • At Uttam Sankalp Education Limited, we recognizes the value that volunteerism brings to community engagement. At Uttam Sankalp, we believe that the real life experiences and cultures of the volunteers bring the much-needed exposure and words of wisdom to students who otherwise are confined to their neighbourhoods and deprived of any such engagements. We thus encourage regular and consistent volunteer participation.
  • Individuals, Students, Corporate employees are welcome to volunteer their time and efforts and share their expertise to improve the skills of Uttam Sankalp’s beneficiaries from underserved communities.
  • By Volunterring with Uttam Sankalp Education, we are contributing toward social investment . Uttam Sankalp values the volunteers’ role as indisputable as it allows us to direct resources in terms of skills, experience and time towards the beneficiary community. This enables us to create a world fulfilling our mission. Volunteers can  also contribute towards capacity building of Uttam Sankalp by providing training and skills to Uttam Sankalp team members. 
  • Volunteering involves engaging in different activities, but the focus of volunteerism is to work in association with the project coordinators and supervisors to understand the community and most importantly the need of the beneficiaries.
