Understanding the challenges faced by underserved communities, she seeks to bridge the healthcare gap by providing essential medical services and raising awareness about preventive healthcare practices. Through these medical camps, she aims to make quality healthcare accessible to individuals who otherwise may not have easy access to such services.

Inspired by her inner quest to serve humanity, Akshu Rana joined forces with Preeti Thakur in the formation of the NGO, Uttam Sankalp Education Limited. With a shared vision of making a positive impact in the lives of others, they collaborate to address the educational and healthcare needs of marginalized communities.
